Andy Chatham has been helping clients manage their wealth (financial planning, investment management and insurance planning) since 1994.

Andy started his practice as an intern for Northwestern Mutual while attending B.Y.U. Over time his wealth management practice grew larger and larger and he was always on the lookout for a broker dealer that would provide him with the most investment options, advanced online tools for his clients and staff, and the most support for his back office. He ultimately moved his practice to LPL Financial, the #1 independent Broker Dealer* in the nation.

Andy has qualified multiple times for LPL Financial's prestigious Director’s Club, (2017-2022 based on annual production.)
 

Andy lives in San Clemente, California. He enjoys running and surfing multiple times a week. Andy and the love of his life Jodi, have been married for over 30 years. They have four children and one grandchild. Carli, lives in San Clemente. Laura, her husband Tom and baby Ezra live in Utah. Brady and his wife Azure live in Utah. Jonah will be attending BYU when he gets home from serving his full-time mission in Brazil, in May 2024.

Chad Chatham came to the financial services industry with a business owner background. Chad’s been helping clients manage their wealth since 1993. He started with Northwestern Mutual and built a wealth management practice focused on investment management, insurance planning and financial planning. In 2018 Chad moved his practice to the largest independent broker dealer in the U.S., LPL Financial.*

Chad lives in Orange County, California with his wife Linda and their two rescued Pugs: Cody and Chance. Chance is a three-legged dog who has brought great joy to their home. They have 7 children, 6 sons and 1 daughter. Chad has raced in 52 marathons, 3 ultra marathons, and several triathlons over the years. Total races that he has participated in is well over 100. One of his favorite races was The Boston Marathon. One of his favorite achievements was running The Boston Marathon.

Ryan has been working with Chad since 2016. He came to Eight Oaks Financial with over 11 years of business and finance experience. Ryan handles all client account servicing, retirement analysis, client investment relations, underwriting and insurance operations. Ryan and his wife Megan have two children named Remi (1) & Jack (3). Ryan holds the Series 6 & Series 63 registrations with LPL Financial.

Gladys attended California State University Fullerton and has a BA in Business Management with a minor in Mathematics. She brings with her over 5 years of customer service experience from the Walt Disney Company. Gladys holds a California Life & Health insurance license.

Tom Snyder

Tom started working with Eight Oaks Financial in 2022. Prior to joining Eight Oaks Financial he was working for the federal government in an engineering capacity. He graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Utah State University. He is currently working to complete his Series 7 licensing. He lives in Utah with his wife Laura and their dog Maggie. Tom loves to spend his free time with friends and family.
