Fiduciary Responsibility

We take on a fiduciary responsibility with our fee based investment and financial planning clients. There is no higher standard of trust in the industry. We promise to do what is in your best interest, and to make recommendations that are only in your best interest. Our interests will ALWAYS come second.
We believe the only way to build a long term successful business is to always put the client’s interest first.
 


WE CARE!

Yes, that may sound corny, but when it comes down to it, don't you want your wealth manager to really care about you, your family, and your long-term goals?

We have a relatively small group of clients, and because of that, we can truly 'know' each of them. We know all about their parents, children, grandchildren, business partners, bosses and all that are close to them. We take pride in understanding all the moving parts of their financial lives; incomes and outflows, businesses, education expenses and future inheritances. 

 


First Class Level Of Service

We pride ourselves in responding to client requests quickly. On a normal work day, we typically respond to client inquiries within a matter of minutes or hours. A client will never have to wait longer than 24 business hours to get a response from our team.

We typically meet with our clients twice a year, but can make ourselves available to meet more often, depending on our client’s needs.  During our Progress Report meetings we review our clients:

  • Financial plan
  • Goals: short, medium and long term
  • Investment performance
  • Insurance needs
  • and educate them on what the economy and markets are doing that could help or hinder their investment accounts and goals.

We Are Virtual

Our clients live all over the United States. Because of technology we are able to give each of our clients the same high level of service; face to face or virtually.

 


We Have A Competitive Fee Structure

The majority of our clients work with us on a fee basis.  We also offer brokerage services.  We are extremely fee sensitive and competitive. 


Security - Protection Of Your Privacy

The protection of our client’s personal data is foremost in our minds. We utilize the latest encryption on our computer systems. We maintain a strict regime when it comes to storing client data and making sure it always meets or exceeds the financial regulatory standards.
